Elizabeth Stancil Gunst, O.D.

An Ayden native, Dr. Gunst graduated in May from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Elkins Park. Dr. Fishel’s patients may remember Dr. Gunst, as she completed internships with Dr. Fishel in 2005 and 2007.

A recent newlywed, the former Elizabeth Stancil married Ross Gunst, and they make their home in Winterville. “E” and Ross are water sports enthusiasts, and enjoying spending time in and out the water with Oliver, their Golden Retriever/Collie mix.
